Although Tacklebox offers a growing section of high quality metal components, the handcrafted nature of most of our pieces requires delicate care.

  • Avoid wearing your jewelry during the four S's: showering, swimming, sleeping, or sweating.
  • Avoid contact with perfume and hair products.
  • Protect when traveling and store in a pouch or box.
  • To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth.
Are all Tacklebox pieces handmade?

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

For hygienic reasons, Tacklebox does not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or breaks within one week, we’ll either replace it (if supplies allow) or issue a refund.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re local to the Kansas City area, you can place your order online and choose porch pickup in Lenexa. We will coordinate a pickup time after your order is packed and ready.

I lost one of my earrings! Can I order just one?

Lost an earring? No worries, you still look cute. Because many of our pieces are small-batch and handcrafted, we can’t replace just one earring without risking a mismatch. That way, every pair stays perfectly paired and ready to shine.

Do you take custom orders?

Custom orders aren’t available at the moment, but our Tacklebox ready-to-wear jewelry is the playful, handmade, and curated collection your jewelry box has been waiting for!

What do I do if my package is lost?

We’ll do everything we can to help if your order goes missing in transit, but once it’s in the hands of USPS, we can’t be held responsible. To make sure your jewelry arrives safely, use a trusted delivery address and pick the shipping option that works best for you.
